New Salsa Introduced!
Our new salsa is a very spicy salsa reputedly made and eaten by the mule drivers of central Mexico.
The new salsa is made with finely chopped, cahrgrilled jalapeno peppers, onion, garlic and seasoning. The salsa is mouth-searingly hot and is a great addition to the menu for those of you who want a real spicy kick to your food.
This salsa will replace the exisiting salsa verde, which I know some of you will be sad to see go. The reason for the change is that we could not get a redular, fresh supply of tomatillos. Because we try to avoid using products from tins, we decided to drop this salsa and replace it with our new Mule Drivers salsa. We hope that you understand the reason for this change.
As always if you have any comments on our food, and inparticular this salsa, please let us know. We try to respond to as many of you as possible and really do listen to many of your ideas.
