Paul was born on a farm in Ireland. Naturally, his first word was ‘nacho’.

From an early age, he had a deep interest in farm animals. “That piggy looks adorable!” he’d chirp in his innocent child’s voice. “Let’s slow cook it with chillies and peppers”.

He loves good food. And loves promoting it almost as much as eating it. (Almost, but not quite. That wouldn’t be normal.)
